Hi, Since Ive updated the firmware on my gimbal, Im having trouble with all the uses of it
Using the canon 6d mk2 IR cable and on the last update push mode worked at first but after a day it doest work no more
when Im downgrading firmware push mode works fine but other uses arent.
could you pls tell me how solve this problem?
or at least tell me what firmware the gimbal comes with because it worked perfectly before updating it.
Sorry for the difficulties with the Ronin-S, may we have more details of the Push Mode you are referring to? Any chance to post a short video about the problem for further support?

Thanks for the video, the latest firmware of Ronin-S is V2.2.1.10, according to your video, the Push Mode doesn't work under the previous version V2.1.1. 0. We still recommend to update to the latest version, please update via DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin v2.0.2.
Besides, did you try to re-install the APP? What is the model of your mobile phone?
