Hey all:
I am sorry to say that my Shou screen recording App no longer works.  It would open up and drop back into the background, no matter what I did the program would not stay active. I tried to reinstall it on my iPhone and iPad and the original App is no longer available (using the same links as before). The only App for the iPhone / iPad is Shou TV and this is not something that I care about.

I hope another App is available soon for screen recordings!!


If you have something to share or other options... please do so.

Hi Dundee,

This is the link I have for installing the App and like I said, this on longer works for me. After the Shou opens, it gives you a link to install Shou TV and the App does not function. I will post a screen shot to show you the issue.

Like I said in your feedback link, I was using Shou with no issues and now it has stopped cold with no way to install it again that I can find.

Hey Dundee,

I downloaded your .ipa file and tried to install it to my iPad using iFunbox. So I have not been able to get it done... it goes to 70% and stops with errors.

So, no love in this case for Shou

I made test to download on my windows computer and that worked. The ipa file is about 24Mb.

But they changed some things.
I downloaded from safari on my Ipad.

Shou recorder now forces you to download the TV app also, but the recorder works.

Thanks for looking into this for us. I am traveling the rest of the week and will not get to try this possible solution out. I believe that I installed the new Shou app and then installed the Shou TV but I do not remember the Shou working afterwards.

I will let you know once I return.

Works perfect on my iPhone 6 but not the mini ipad2 it says 'recorded' but wont play back...error message...any suggestions?

Hello Dundee,

I got the Shou app working again. So, all you need to do is install the Shou TV app and login to you account. Now reopen Shou... and the screen recorder is back and operational.  

Now the Shou TV app resides on my iPad but I really do not use it. The new version of Shou screen recorder is working just fine now after some confusion..
