Can anyone explain this? It is properly exposed on the monitor, but, then this is what I get off the card!

What are you shooting in? JPEG? RAW? What software are you using to preview these stills? Can you upload original file to a Dropbox?

The mechanical shutter must be deactivated.
There is a glimpse of an error at the moment at DJI to get listed.

The same issues....

This series is  all JPG, but, it does the same while shooting RAW.  I use Adobe Bridge and Photoshop.

Interesting!  I’ll give that a shot and see if it changes things.   It seems DJI doesn’t really pay attention to this.  Are other people experiencing the same thing? Is this a common problem?
