Mavic Mini my first drone with which I have to check weather forecast before flying Never checked the wind speed before with Phantom 2&4 or Spark. But I love this little beast and very VERY waiting for manual settings for video.

This is reconstructed Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God (Russian Orthodoxal Church) which was demolished by Soviets in 1932 and was restored recently.

Very skilfully made video... the trouble I have with Vimeo (and I feel I am just a droplet in a sea) is that it isn't up to YT standards. I can't restore a video when paused for a little more than a minute, I can't finish a video without hiccups.

Google allegedly avoids this with caches spread throughout the web and different physical locations around the globe. Vimeo being for bad routing or other server to client limitations manages to serve me around 250 KB/s (yes KB is KiloBytes, not kilobits which is Kb), very frustrating...

I had same issue but changing the internet provider helps me a lot. Anyway, Vimeo have much better image without compression artifacts etc.

Je tiens à faire part de ma mauvaise expérience  personnelle que j'ai eu avec le drone Mavic mini.
J’ai volé que quelques heures, par beau temps et temps venteux. Le GPS à toujours eu du mal à trouver sa position, le drone se déconnecté régulièrement, et pendant une sortie, il est parti sans jamais revenir, j’ai perdu un appareil à 500€.
J’ai contacté le service clients DJI, je leur ai transmis toutes mes informations de vol, et ils n’ont trouvé à dire que j’étais le fautif que je n’aurais pas du voler dans ces conditions alors que j’avais déjà volé dans des conditions similaires, ils m’ont proposé une remise de 15% que j’ai refusé, puis en insistant ils ont proposé 25%, j’ai également refusé, ils souhaitent encore faire du profit et me demandant d’en racheter un nouveau.
Donc je voudrais partager ma très mauvaise expérience et vous avertir de ne pas acheter ce produit défectueux.
Je vous met en copie les mails que j’ai reçu de leur part...

If you flew in strong wind conditions and too far so it loose connection, I can say that Minic is to weak to return home with RTH. I flew in very strong wind and only my experience and manual control helped me to return it back. I flew with wind's speed about 13 m/s while maximum allowed is only 8 m/s.  I heard about few cases when Mavic Mini flew away with no reason and few cases when it fall with "maximum power" problem but I don't know DJI's decision for all these cases.  I heard about few cases when DJI sent a new drone by warranty. If you will get new drone  (body + battery) with 25% discount maybe it's good deal, I don't know how many it will cost to you. I never saw drone's body+battery in shops. What price they offered to you?
