Added live streaming feature (requires DJI Mimo v1.2.20 or later).
Optimized stabilization when moving fast while recording.

Notes:
If the update fails, restart Osmo Action and DJI Mimo, and retry. Alternatively, download the latest firmware from the official DJI website to a microSD card to update.

Mine updated just fine with the Mimo software, for the first time ever.  Haven't tested the new features yet.

Update completed successfully.  Can't find Livestream feature though!

Updated, but can't stream. Wirless not connected error.

Just noticed my DJI MIMO app version is 1.2.17  not 1.2.20, but there's no update available from Google play Store.

I believe we are still waiting for DJI MIMO  V.1.2.20 to be released.

DJI Team:

1. Please update the site for firmware, the manual DL is not there.

2.  Please correct the stream, it is locked on Upcoming . For Youtube

3  720 or  lower no hd1080P

3 Works for Facebook but stops within a minute and mimi App latest crashed.

I hope the Rocksteady works better. To all DO NOT UPDATE rS is by far more SPASTIC!

shaking the camera in hand its like a rubberband is not a true test  in 60fps while on 30fps  looks rocksteady but  I have yet to do a outdoor test.  to me it  may be better if asked but not livestream Lol

For iOS MIMO not updated as well. So thats means updates will be soon.

This time i can not connect to the camera, or i can and do, but the app just pop up connect to wifi ( i already are connected to )
Tried various hoops to jump thru but so far no good, will probably have to do it the good old way then the new FW are up for download.



Okay cancel that,,,,,, turning off my VPN on the phone made it work.

Worked like a charm the update so not sure why we all get mixed results on it.  Livestream let me know if yours works 100%   Lol  not here.

As I am learning  this, no instructions, best way we learn today.  I had to use not just my Mobile device but my desktop in order to do a livestream.

Yes the router  has a password. I got mine to work not on 2.4ghz but 5.0 try that.

Guys, you need to read the instructions that come with the firmware update.  You need to first ensure you have the latest MIMO version released 2 days ago.  I have tested the live stream functionality and it works fine, although getting connected is a bit convoluted.  I haven't tested the improvements to video stabilisation but hope to do that tomorrow

I do everything as showed on Mimo

Live Streaming doesn't work. On Mimo app(ios) it would say streaming(youtube) But when I go to watch it on my other phone it doesn't show any feed but it does say ”live”

Update firmware smoothly via my iPad mini 5！also success to make live streaming to Facebook, but need repeated effort to complete the setup
Strangely, try to make live streaming via my Android HTC U12+, although it was the correct mimo version, I could not find the livestream function as I did easily from the iOS Mimo app

About Rocksteady effect, it seemed no apparently change between the old and new firmware

Well guess DJI got this to work 100% or else they would not have released it all that said good luck with youtube streaming its not working for me.

Well, now I just have to wait 6 more months until the next Firmware Update (if there will be any at all), maybe you finally adress the problems with RockSteady in manual video settings then...
Nothing has changed, the footage is still jittery and not usable.
I don't get it, really. And I'm simply disappointed that this got messed up and still not fixed.

I don't want stupid new features. I want that the features you offer just work!

Have the same problem - livestream via youtube doesn’t work, only via facebook.

thanks that says  DJI pushed out the product without testing, due to Pressure,  so we the USers figure out their issues???

I tested out for myself I do not see an issue using it, the OA.

I can start the livestreaming via youtube, but there is no video on my channel. I can only see that trasmission has started but there is no video on it as i wrote.

The same thing when I use it for YouTube. Someone said you have to have 1k subscribers to be able to live stream? Facebook works fine.
