JUst picked up a new Phantom 3. Havent even flown it yet. I notice when i turn it on the gimbal is stuck in FPV mode no matter what setting I change. If I manually move the Gimbal with my finger, then everything starts to work fine. If I shutdown the phantom and turn it back on, its stuck in FPV mode. The only way to fix it is to manually move it with my finger and then it starts to go into the Follow Me mode..

CHanging the Gimbal mode in the Pilot app does nothing. Even when I manually move the Gimbal and it goes into follow mode, switching to FPV mode in the app does nothing.

I tried advanced IMU and it did not help. I also tried the gimbal calibration and that did not help.

OK so after I let the craft sit overnight, started it up, immediately did an IMU calibration, the craft starts up in Follow Me mode now. The Gimbal mode still does not work, IE i'm unable to switch to FPV mode, but screw it I'll never use that mode anyways.
