DJI has been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak as it has spread around the globe, and we want to ensure our valued customers can obtain warranty service for their products during this difficult time.

  

Because some customers may not be able to quickly and safely send their products in for repair, DJI has updated its product warranty period.

  

Products with an original warranty ending from March 14, 2020 to April 30, 2020, will have the warranty extended to April 30, 2020. The coverage area of the warranty service will remain the same.

  

We encourage all DJI customers to take steps to remain safe and healthy during this time.

Did you mean 2021? My warranty expires on April 11th. I filed a repair ticket on 4/7/20 CAS-4147494-L4X1F6 but never received a mailing label. Since filing my repair ticket I received a renewal notice and I paid for another years service. Will my drone be repaired under my original warrantee expiring 4/11/20? The issue was reported to DJI a month prior to the warrantees expiration date.

I am from Canada, I just bought a Marvic mini from Bustbuy yesterday and after I placed the drone on the floor for a few minutes ( I was trying to look at all the settings), it alerted me that the chip was overheated and it prevented it from flying. I took the battery out and it was extremely hot. 


I left it for the night and played it again today. It was normal and I only noticed that the battery life was much shorter (20 min) . So I changed to a new battery and it was normal. After I played with it, I left the drone on the floor (not turned off) for a few minutes and the same issue happened again, the drone alerted me it was overheated and the battery was extremely hot.


Please let me know what to do.

So since mavic air 2 has active track 3 will there be update for mavic pro 2 to active track 3 or does it require different hardware?

So, a month and a half extra warranty?
