Hi, can some one suggest how to reniew DJI Care Refresh programm? Today is a last day of my previous Refersh programm and I tried to renew it now, but registration returned following error message: You have already purchased this service. I read in forum, that existing refresh program should be valid in case of renewing. Can you plz help me? BR, Zilka

Hi, we're sorry if having difficulties in renewing your DJI Care Refresh. If your DJI Care Refresh has not yet expired, and there is at least one product replacement left, then you can purchase DJI Care Refresh + which extends your coverage for one more year as well as prolonging your product’s warranty and provides one more replacement service.
