From March 30, 2020, 23:59:59 (UTC+8), DJI Credit will expire at the end of the year following when it is made available. For example, DJI Credit made available between March 31 and December 31, 2020 will expire on December 31, 2021. DJI Credit available before March 30, 2020, 23:59:59 (UTC+8), will remain without an expiration for now; however, this balance will be used first by default when making purchases with DJI Credit.

To avoid losing any of your DJI Credit, please pay attention to these updates and keep them in mind when considering your DJI Credit balance or future purchases.

Thanks for the update Panda...I have some credit available from before March 30 which doesn't have an expiry date for the time being...I'm waiting for a new product from DJI to spend this on (and possibly more)

For all other credit will the expiry date be listed down in the DJI Store?

Doesn't sound like "improved service" to me.  A good reason to stop purchasing from the DJI store coming from someone who as bought ALL his DJI stuff there.

lame, lame , lame, always trying to make people buy, why can we not build up are points? with out US, customer's you would not be where you guy's are today. more lame rules.

Great timing on my part. I just spent $15.40 in credit on another Mavic 2 battery and Mavic Mini props.

Hi I’m a dji mavic air user   
Last time I tried to fly my drone the minute it took off  it lost control  and start hovering left and right on like a sport mode I didn’t know what happened my drone crashed into a wall and broke 1 side of the drone, I’m fixing it but I was wondering lWHAT THE HELL happened to my dron ?

I wonder if that why they processed this months points early..

That's a shame. Though no new products lately too... what to spend them on?

I think you might publish that in the Mavic section. Make a thread and post your crash log. Where you flying near walls or stuff?

I've gotten to the point where credits are just enough to pay shipping (for replacement blades, etc.). I'd rather they just get rid of the program all together.  Might cut down on the 'over-posters' who post just to 'hear' themselves think.

Great a have a whopping .05 cents to spend.

I do not see how this is a benefit to loyal customers.  Please reconsider this policy change.

Great having taken a year to get one whole dji credit it now is going to dissappear.

I thought it always was like this. Best idea I can offer: if you have lots of forum points, exchange just before buying!

Some of us have been used as pawns in DJI's game.  Oh well, that's the world. LOL

DJI store always seemed more expensive than other retailers. I shop around on other sites and get better deals. I thought it was funny, my P4 I purchased from an authorized dealer was a $100 US cheaper and it shipped from DJI Shenzhen, China for free. The shame is, just after I bought it, our local Walmart had P4 pro on sell for $1,099 US.

Since it is proven now, that DJI CAN adapt rules for the credits:
When will DJI change the incredible bad ratio, to change 1800 credits to 10 US but just under 7 Euro?

That ratio is from 2014 or such.
Right now it is 1 US to 0.92 Euro
So 1 US to 0.9 Euro  would be a more real one.
Even 1 : 0.85 would give DJI a real good "fee" for transfering it.

so all the credit I have will be gone???

Hi DJI,
This doesn't sound like a nice decision.
Given the feedback from all your customers (it seems most of us buy straight from the dji shop) would you consider reverting this unfair (from customer point of view) policy.
Also in this situation of crisis where we cannot spend as usual, I think is not the right time to do it.
If you would not consider removing this "nice" policy would you mind providing the audience on what criteria is based and how did the decision have been taken?

Bad news for people who still want to deal with DJI. No happening here, ever again

I don’t know if I can ask this question here but I’m having trouble . Can anyone help?? It’s not giving me the option for quick shots. It’s only giving me camera and video mode.

Does this apply to affiliate sales credit? Sure hope not.

Keep your pathetic "credits"... I'll never buy DJI (and Chinese) products again... your garbage support lost me as a customer a year ago... this pretentious way to make more sales is a pathetic attempt everyone will see through... pathetic attempt to improve your falling sales after poisoning the world.

so how long is the life on the credits?

Oh dear, I guess I won't be using my credit then. Wish the system was the same and it didn't expire.

Does this mean that DJI will allow us to exchange more than 5400 points a month?

It would be really great if we could use the credit towards shipping costs too.
