Osmo pocket exit waterproof case mode message
I get this message all the time when I use DJI Mimo!. I do not use
waterproof case.
Can you please help me?.
I have updated the firmeware, uninstalled and reinstalled DJI Mimo, but I get the same problem.

Try swiping your screen down and then five times to the end. Then just press the center of that screen once and then turn off. When you switch back on the message should go away.

I have tried to upload a short video, but the forum don`t allow it. I can show you a pic of the screen. The message you see, it appears every 10 seconds about.
The version of the Firmware is: 01.04.00.20
The version of the APP is: 1.2.20

Your firmware should be 01.10.00.03   Try updating the firmware.

It has to be done through the Mimo App on your phone.

The App doesn`t allow me to connect to internet. When I use the wireless adapter, I have to connect to Osmo Pocket wi-fi. I tried to connect the device by Blootooth, but no way!

It has to be a plugged connection to your phone I think.  You will need a fast connection to the net as well.

The latest firmware of Osmo Pocket is V01.10.00.30, please follow the tutorial video below to update the firmware to see if the error persists.

I'm having the exact same thing happen I've tried all your suggestions i have an oppo phone and i can not down load any new firmware, the video above does not help because when i plug the phone to the pocket it does not prompt any thing on the screen im very annoyed as basicaly the thing is useless

I have the same WaterProof Case issue. But here's the strange thing. Y'all say swipe down and them to the right. My last 2 icons are PRO  followed by BRIGHTNESS. I don't have 7. Waterproof case as shown above. Yes strange. Now how do I get rid of WATERPROOF CASE is I don't even have the icon?

How can you be sure it's the same problem if you don't appear to have the setting?
Have you checked which firmware version you are on?
Have you tried re calibrating the gimbal?
