It was a day before my home city was closed and quarantined. I want to go to shoot the empty streets with my Mavic Mini but we have to stay home. We will stay home till the end of April.

Absolutely not I had a special permission to fly It's very easy to fly Mavic Mini in Russia now. You only have to request a permission 5 days before you want to fly. Even for DJI Spark you have to start collect papers 15-20 days before you want to fly
