Hi everyone, new to posting here so i apologise if this is the wrong place.
I'm having some issues with the Mimo App story mode and the phone i am using. I have a Huawei P30 Pro, which works perfectly, but i also have a Samsung Galaxy A50 as a spare phone, and this is the one i leave attached to the Osmo Mobile 3 all the time.

When recording a story mode scene on the Huawei, the footage is as smooth as silk. However, when recording on the A50, the footage is all jerky/stuttery. There is no memory card in the A50, so its recording straight to the phones internal memory. I've reset the phone back to factory settings and just installed mimo, so there is nothing else running in the background, and its still shocking.

I have footage from both but not sure how i post it on here. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. The Samsung phone is only 9 months old, so i can't see it being a spec problem, i mean the phone has 6GB of RAM, which is more than my home PC!!
I also want to add here, i tried it with a 3 year old Sony Xperia XZ phone, and it works perfectly on that one as well... its just the Samsung A50 causing the issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Westierules2000, Samsung Galaxy A50 is not on our compatibility device list, the compatibility may not be able to ensure. I will forward your feedback to our engineers to notice. At this moment, you may use your other phones for shooting.
