how do you move files off cs

Hi, you may refer to the steps below:
1. Turn on the CrystalSky and connect the CrystalSky to a computer using a USB cable.
2. Press the Settings button on the right side of the CrystalSky, go to the Settings menu, and "USB connected" is shown on the left side of the screen.
3. Click "USB connected", the screen will show as below. Click "TURN ON USB STORAGE", and then click "OK".
4. Open the built-in memory disk of CrystalSky named "DJI ".
Then you'll be able to export the files. Hope this helps.

under settings I don't see a usb connect.

FYI...
You can also connect a micro usb on the side or usb c on the bottom.
Connect the Crystalsky to your computer,
Open the system manager( middle button)
You will see a message" USB connected"
Tap on this message, this will take you to a screen to turn on USB Storage.
After your computer recognizes the the Crystalsky, you can browse through
both internal and micro sd card (only slot 1).
Transfer all the files you want to and from the Crystalsky
