Is it possible to get a new rubber pad for the back of the camera mount on my Osmo Mobile 3?

Can the rubber pad that came on the Osmo Mobile 3 for the back of the phone holder be removed?

I am referring to the one that has the DJI logo in it that you see in your picture.
