So I took my first flight with 1.08, got the "Strog Wind" warning with the vibration.
the warning is "Strong wind, Aircraft unable to return to home automaticly, lower altitude .. "

1. I did not request it to return to home ..
2. does it mean it won't return to home when RTH will be initiate from remote / loss of connectivity ? meaning RTH won't initiate on the drone  ? or the warning suggest that there is a possibility it won't be able to RTH

it means the wind might be so strong that the drone might not be able to RTH, so don't rely on it.

Hi there, as Ice_2k replied, it means the wind might be so strong that the drone might not be able to RTH if you continue to fly the drone in the wind, so when you receive the warning by the app, you are recommended to lower the altitude and fly with caution.
