DJI Spark - No RC Connection, No beeps after 3 seconds

I have a very frustrating problem with my Spark, the RC no longer connects (Fly more bundle), no beeps when holding power button for 3 seconds or longer, cannot reset Spark either... All I can do is turn it on/off.

Been "googling" all day and I have tried the following:

Have used all 3 batteries (over 50% charged) I have...
Installed DJI Assistant 2 on MacBook Pro & Windows 10  PC, both of which do not detect Spark at all, have tried 6 different cables even, so cannot detect Firmware version.
Removed SD card (had high hopes for this one, but no success).
Purchased in 2017, haven't even flown it that much either, maybe 30/40 times approx.

Am out of ideas, but open to suggestions, apart from the obvious one of sending it away to get repaired although by the sounds of it, is the only response I will get...

Anybody know of any other hacks/fixes, etc???

Hi KINGKADEZA, I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties that you encountered. Please make sure you have downloaded the correct DJI Assistant 2 software from DJI SPARK Downloads website: https://www.dji.com/spark/info#downloads.
If the cables and the ports are good, however, the drone still can not be detected, under this situation, you are recommended to send it in for a diagnosis. Please start an online repair request on our official web and then send it back. My drone was purchased in South Africa, is DJI here? What support is in place for South African clients?

The drone seems intermittent, I downloaded & installed the software and it detected it, even updated firmware, but still has the same issues as before.

Now when I'm trying to connect drone in software its not detected....

Please advise...

You mentioned that your drone was purchased in South Africa, under this situation, please send an email to support@dji.com to open a case, our support team will provide further assistance. Or you may contact your dealer for help, the dealer may help you to send it in for diagnosis via dealer system. Thanks.

Hi there, I am having the exact same issue with my Spark, it was working fine from the day I got it at the store last year (April 29, 2019) until now. I have tried all solutions mentioned and nothing gets it to beep or connect to RC. I guess I will have to start the Online Repair Request too, the problem is that I am in Canada, and looking at the web page I read: "At the moment, Online Repair Request service is only available in the United States and Europe". It will be available in other regions in the future. So, I wonder what should I do? I have used my drone for one year only. Please help!!

What I did , i had the same problem, reset the spark wifi, (look on youtube how, believe 9 secs).
Now  check if you see the spark wifi.
also switch on RC if you see the spark RC wifi.
boot spark again, wait fully booted and hold battery 3 sec or more untill you heard the beep.
now switch on rc, press/hold  pause, FN and the special button under the foto button untill beep, put spark and RC within 20 cm of each other.
wait untill green light , connection yes now make connection with the spark wifi
