Hi guys thought I would make a video see what produces the more stable footage when walking, jogging and running.

Yes Sony Stabilisation on, which makes the Osmo Pocket even more impressive!
As far as I am aware, the Osmo Pocket doesn't have an other stabilisation apart from the 3 axis gimbal (if I am wrong correct me) which is truly outstanding! For £300 its crazy good.

Can you post an example without the in body stabilization from the Sony?
I am curious how good the SC is doing without it.
Especially the smaller shakes that your body will make.

I believe OP has digital stabilization.
You can see that by the field of view you get in video mode vs photography mode.
That is not a bad thing, digital stabilization has gotten very good in the recent years.

PS, the reason why I'm asking is because my Nikon D750 does not have stabilization, nor does any of my prime lenses.
I'm curious how well it will do without.

The footage without digital stabilisation is useless,  definitely not usable. if you watch all the video it makes alot more sense LOL.
