Hey guys,

I'm a fresh DJI User. Got my Ronin since 3 Days.
I tried to calibrate it - think successful.

If I'll use active tracking the Gimbal will rotate and move weired and strange.
And if I move the gimbal with activated AT-Function the engine will go in standby and the cam 'falls down'.

Firmware is up to date.

Thought it could be a problem that my setup is to heavy but it has 1,45kg.
Its a Sony A7iii + Huawei P20pro and small lens. nothing more...

Please help me...

Sorry for the difficulties with Active Track, may we verify whether you attached the phone holder to the hot shoe on the top of the camera? Any chance to share us a short video of the problem?

Hi, yep, I attached the smartphone on the hot shoe. difficult to balance it but I did.
I recently contact ur support. They also asked for a video and some screenshots...
