Is there a way you can find out which drone was at a location at a certain time?

Today there was a peeping Tom taking videos/photos of my wife in the pool.

I tried to get my drone to follow it, but when I came outside it was already gone.

Is there a way to can send a claim to somewhere to retrieve the Drone specifics?

Or have DJI down that drone till further notice?
