Does anyone know if the Phantom 4 Pro controller (currently out of stock) is compatible with the original Phantom 4?

Also, are there any other controllers that are compatible with the original Phantom 4?

Hi Dave, Phantom 4 Pro controller can be compatible with Phantom 4 drone, you may select the corresponding drone model on advance controller settings first and link the drone and RC. Phantom 4 Pro with the built-in screen can also be used with Phantom 4.

On a side note, I have a Phantom 4 controller that will no longer accept a charge.  I've seen quite a few "repair" videos online saying that the voltage regulator circuit needs to be heated (re-flowed) in many instances.  Is there any truth to that?
