Good to know you've received the shipping label, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the repair timeframe excluding the shipping and delivery time, it may be expected to be delayed a little bit due to COVID-19, but our repair center will do their best to get it solved, appreciate your understanding and patience, hope everything goes smoothly.
