Does your Osmo Pocket do this?

It is sometimes noise in audio track from gimbal motor(?), when I recording in 4K/60fps.

In this sample video noise starting in 5sec. Audio is increased +12dB. There was quite silence.

It is normal or fault? I have Osmo Pocket with latest firmware.

That's far from normal.
I take it the recording was made using the Osmo Pocket's internal mics?

That is definitely not normal.
