Hi suatsekil, Flight Simulator supports the DJI remote controllers for the Mavic Air, Phantom 4, Phantom 4 Advanced, Phantom 4 Pro, Phantom 4 Pro V2.0, Matrice 100, Matrice 600, Matrice 600 Pro, Inspire 1 Series, and Lightbridge 2 but not the RC with the screen of Phantom 4 Pro+,  the compatibility cannot be ensured, sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, the RC with the screen of Phantom 4 Pro + is not fully compatible with the Flight Simulator, it is recommended to use the RC I posted in 2#.

Hei guys, I have phantom 4 pro plus and the simulator work perfectly fine. What firmware u have?
