Took the Mavic Mini out early Thursday morning to capture some video of the cliffs at Shadmoor State Park and Ditch Plains Beach in Montauk, NY... all the way at the eastern tip of  Long Island. It was so serene and peaceful. There were only a few people walking their dogs and a couple of guys surf-casting for  Striped Bass... just a beautiful scene. The combination of colors of the cliffs, ocean and purple  sand on that beach are absolutely incredible when lit up at that time of  the day!  Enjoy!!

It's SO small and quiet that you can fly it in a place like this and it doesn't seem to bother or aggravate anyone (which to me larger drones seem to have a tenancy to do).. no one even blinked an eye! Yet for how small it is it fly's amazingly well and can be controlled with incredible precision (which I'm working on) . For the size and price, the Mini produces some amazingly impressive results!!

I've been considering getting one, but I have the Zoom
and the original Mavic pro with doesn't get much air time.
So once I sell it then maybe.I am impress with the footage
and photos I've been seeing from the mini.

I've been holding off on getting a drone for years... it was hard for me to spend the money necessary to get a drone that could produce these results at a cost I was comfortable risking it over water on a regular basis.  When the Mini came out I was like "THAT'S IT!!", and DJI did NOT let me down... It has exceeded ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!

I have 2 of them now. The working unit and an unactivated spare on the shelf in case something happens to the working unit.
