I have a Dji Osmo Mobile 3 (v01.00.00.60) and I'm using Dji Mimo (1.2.24) app on iPhone 7-128Gb (13.4.1)
I hope all firmware and software updates are done.
Everything works good, but sadly I can't film 4K in Mimo. (I can film on iPhone camera app)
Rec. button working and I hear beep, I see rec icon and counter and mic level. Counter not running.
When I look Compatibility list - seems iPhone 7 must record video in 4K 30fps.

What I can check or change to film on mimo in 4K?

Hi PP, sorry for the difficulties on recording 4k video, iPhone 7 should be cable to record 4k, did you try to re-install the DJI Mimo APP? If the issue persists, any chance to record a screen of the problem for further clarification?

Hope resolved! Bad timing, iPhone 7 mic stoped working. This is common problem and lot of information on internet.
