Hello,
We fly all over our region in New Zealand, and was looking for some help around an error with trying to unlock zones "Restricted Zone/No-fly Zones" in GSPro for our m210 v2, We have custom unlocking for all the NFZ in our area all been approved for our FC. When using the crystalsky and the pilot app the unlocking works I have imported this to the aircraft (haven't tried to fly with it however), We prefer to use the GSPro app as its functionality is better than the pilot app, but when we try to unlock via the GSpro app under flyzone manager we get the error "login Error: User is not logged in." even when you press login the same error pops up.???

I see some posts saying that the login needs to be in DJIGO4, but the m210v2 doesn't work with the app?

We will have written approval from the airport and all the relevant aviation authority training required in NZ.

Any help on how to unlock the NFZ with the GSpro app would be appreciated.

Hi BoPRC Drones, it is recommended to unlock the NFZ via DJI Pilot and turn on the Unlocking Certificates, then switch to GS Pro, it will still be available. If there is any further problem about the unlocking, please feel free to contact flysafe@dji.com. Unlocking Certificate.png

Hi Mindy, So using the Crystalsky, unlock the drone, then without switching it off switch to the Ipad and GS pro? Or can GSPro be installed on the Crystalsky ?
