Aloha,

     The Honolulu Fire Department is using a Mavic 2 Enterprise with a speaker during the pandemic.  They have had it for 6 months and used it in a few high profile missions.  Here is the link to the Honolulu Advertiser article and the video.

     Yes, it is!  I was surprised that it can be ordered in yellow.  The speaker is great for search and rescue since you can let the lost know that they have been seen.  This is the first one I know about here.

We use them here in NL to warn people about the social distancing.
Not sure if the yellow is a decal though.

     It is a great tool for that and it is a recording, no less.  I am trying to get a community emergency response team to buy a couple for after a hurricane or tsunami.  If they fly in teams, with one being the Mavic 2 Dual, night operations and GPS positioning with photos and video, daytime rescues will be easier and the speaker will help coordination.

     You would think that there would be a public reaction but there have been no indications.  Drones are usually a pressure point over here, but nothing.  Of course with lockdown, we do have less communication and what we do have is focused, so maybe it is a function of the lockdown.  Hopefully I will hear something.  I will let you know when I do!
