Hello!

I have Mavic 2 pro (since Jan 2019) and fly more kit. A week ago I realized following issues with 2 of 3 batteries. It takes just 5-10 min for flying (from 100% level) and then signifately down to 0% and got message "Critical low battery". Here is screenshot of battery log from airdata. I also have the latest firmware for both drone and controller.

Any suggestion to fix this? Could warranty cover this?

Hi Sergey_G, sorry for what happened to the battery, what was the temperature out there when you flew the drone? Could you please sync your flight records and PM me your DJI account and the date when it happened so that we could confirm and help?

Hi! Thanks for the answer. The temperature outside was about 7-10 celcius degree. Ok, I'll sent info PM.
