Have been charging batteries for 6 years and never had an issue. Have 4 for my mini. Flew this evening and went to change to another and saw this. It would slide in but the battery door would close but powered up to see battery charges. 9 Can't email says failed to send so need what do I do.tia

We apologize for what happened to the battery. The repair center is available for Mavic Mini. May we verify what charger are you using? What are its voltage and current? Since your battery has already been damaged, we recommend to send in both the battery for charging hub for evaluation. Please start a ticket online https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav, the shipping label should be able to be sent to you with 48 working hours, once you get it, please send in at your most convenience.

I have no issues with my hub or it would be messing up my other batteries so not sending it in to be without a means to charge my other 3 batteries which do fine. This is a bad battery is all.

I'm sorry for the late response, please be noted we do not repair the Lipo battery and the battery will still be replaced even though you create a repair case. Since your battery has been over 15 days after receiving it, the replacement case is not available, but it will not affect the replacement result.
We will verify with the related team whether your battery is necessary to be sent back because it was damaged, it may not be safe to be shipped. We will come back to you soon.
