Hi Robinmac, sorry for the difficulties with the APP, may we verify the version of your APP and the Android version of your Samsung S9? If the APP is the latest version and the issue persists after re-installing, could you please help export the crash logs for further analysis? Please find it in your phone's internal storage/DJI/DJI MIMO/LOG and then upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here, thank you in advance. |
