Experiencing connection losses using both Mavic Pro and Inspire 2.  Both Mavic and Inspire at latest levels and CS785U at 3.00.02.00.  Also power down of CS intermittionly results in reboot. No issues when using either AC with ipad. Today display went blank and would not respond to any restart attempt or any key depressions. Was able to bring back MP using decrementing distance display on controller. Have experienced variations of these symptoms for some time. Any chance DJI will ever fix/support this device?

Hi Bob, sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the CrystalSky. Could you please provide a picture of the screen?
If now the CrystalSky can be powered on normally, please try to download the latest firmware to the SD card and update the firmware again.
If it can not be powered on normally, or the issue persists after refreshing the firmware, you may send in the unit for diagnosis and service. https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav

Thor:  When I go to the cs785 firmware download site the latest release shown is V02.06.06.00 which is almost 2 years ago. My CS785U shows 03.00.02.00. Any suggestions?

Losing connection is a well known issue for Dji, reinstalling and updating doesn't help,.https://forum.dji.com/forum.php? ... D669%26typeid%3D669
Dji really has to make an update for the Crystalsky to make it reliable..
