phantom 3 4k remote not working after firmware update.

I was checking my drone before fly it, and suddenly start to update the firmware. after that the remote doesnt connect to the wifi by the app. it says password incorrect. I know the password is 12341234, but doesnt works now.

I attached a photo where show my remote control that doesn't allow me to fix it with the old firmware from the pc to the remote control.

i need further information to fix this issue as soon as possible.
