Hi,

I am using my osmo mobile 2 with firmware 2.2.0.30 and a iPhone xs.
When i want to make a 180 degree pano, the gimbal moves after every picture.
But the app stopps after 8 of 15 pictures.

Even, when i set the quality of pano to low, it stopps during the process...
Is there anyone else with the same problem? Or a solution?

Hi Innovativeuser, we apologize to read your experience with Osmo Mobile 2, it is recommended to calibrate the gimbal, re-install the APP to see if it helps. If not, any chance to have a test with another phone to isolate the problem?

Thank you for these tipps.
I recalibrated the gimbal and also reinstalled the app.
but it did not work.
Another mobile device can locate the problem, but it will be no solution. I would appreciate to use my own phone for pics. :/

Fixed it!
I deleted the app, and deleted the bluetooth pairing. Then i restarted the phone and installed the app again.
After pairing bluetooth again, it worked! Even in highest resolution without a problem.

Having the same issue..
Using iPhone xs max (ios
Osmo mobile 2 firmware 2.2.0.30
Forget Bluetooth device (osmo), deleted the app and reinstalled... but still no good
When i press record button, it just stuck there and that’s it..
Any ideas ?!

Delete the app
unbind the bluetooth connection to osmo
restart the phone!!!
then reinstall the app

i think, that just deleting and reinstalling not delete all settings.. so you have to restart the phone...

I didn’t mention it in the post, but I turned off my phone for about 15 min after unpairing and delete the app... Only then reinstalled the app and repaired the Osmo.. But still it was not good :/
