Assistance required my photos only come out as thumb nails 960x720 resolution. How can I change this setting can't find it in the settings for the camera thanks

Hi there, are you referring to Spark? If yes, the image size should be 3968×2976, 1440×1080 with ShallowFocus, 2300×1280 with Pano (horizontal), 960×1280 with Pano (vertical).
Please reset the camera settings and try again, if the issue persists, please upload several original images to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here so that we could help, thank you.
