Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Mavic 2 hand-held or mounted on a car? What would be the necessary settings to make it work and are there any optional attachments that would be useful?

Not tried one myself,  but seen some good videos made just handing hold without this so with it I would expect stellar results.

I felt it was a bit more stable this way. But others ive seen put it on top.

Btw. The camera is an IR converted camera running custom firmware called CHDK which allows me to automate the camera to taken a photo every x seconds.  I then have a little custom app on my iPhone that’s syncs the time and makes a shutter noise so I know when it’s taken a shot.

Lol.  That’s nothing.  I can literally say hey Siri turn in the xxx light and it’s done.   And the interfaces I wrote my self because you really can’t trust these vendors go disappear.

Really.  Hot water or cold water comes out of a tap into something like a sink or basin. Oh.  Maybe I should  say faucet.

But pubs only have cold taps for beer. Some will have a separate area for tea and coffee.

Yes.  BUt when you say, tap, I think of a beer tap.  Not a faucet!  So funny, how different things are across the world.  We say Bar, you Pub.  I love the way you guys say Garage.

I made an entire real estate video using this method.  In fact one of the cooler shots I have been practicing involves a NO cut sequence.  Fly the drone towards the house, approach the door like I am landing an airplane.  I have an assistant hide near the front door and as it approaches the door, the realtor opens it to greet the drone.  Assistant steps out as soon as they are well out of frame and intercepts the drone during the greeting (an excuse to stop for a second while it is powered down).  The assistant then walks past the realtor who is holding the door open for the drone.  Still holding the drone, the assistant makes their way through the home conducting a tour as I would with any other camera.  Once complete the drone will meet the realtor at a rear exit.  At which point the assistant walks outside and while conducting a slow pan of the backyard, I re-engage the drone, get one last look at the whole property before flying off into the sunset.  

I also used to use the Mavic 2 Pro handheld as a gimbal camera until I could afford the DJI RSC 2.  It works well, especially if audio isn't a big deal for you.  If you do need audio, you just hook up a mic to a recording device, even a spare camera or phone.
