I have information from a local official DJI reseller in Ukraine about legalizing FCC range. Regarding this info DJI plan to unlock 5.8 range in Ukraine till the end of April 2020.
Can you say please, is this right or wrong?

Please answer for my question why there are still not avalable 5.8 Ghz for DJI Mini 2? But it is avalable for Mavic Mini

FCC and CE are to entirely different matters than the frequency range 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz.  The frequency (2.4Ghz & 5.8Ghz) is the wave length that the signal is sent and received on.  Different frequencies have pros and cons typically pertaining to data transfer capacity, signal range and signal penetration.

FCC & CE for Dji Drones use the same frequencies 2.4Ghz & 5.8Ghz.  But the transmitter power is greater for FCC which typically results in a stronger signal with superior range.
CE mode is <=20dBm (100mW)
FCC mode is <=26dBm (<400mW)

THe Ukraine would have to adopt the FCC protocol or create a exemption.
