On your initial take off clip, the MM looked like it was getting blown around a little. In the same clip you can see the breeze on the water.

yeah, little windy on beginning. after that no wind at all. i decide to immediate pull up for keep away from metal object. i don't want compass error on a lot metal object and above the sea
mini fly very gentle

I noticed that too right away. Must be some turbulence around the wharf buildings.

What you can see is that the wind is almost completely calm, probably only 2-3 knots, tops.
Even the mavic Mini wouldn't be bothered by that.

GREAT Video. However, sorry to be a killjoy, but.......   Hand launching  = Asking for trouble.   You're not letting the  Mini perform its own internal pre-flight calibrations first before takeoff.  The mini should and needs to be on a flat, solid, level surface.  Not to mention, the drone once powered up like that, will be fighting your hand. Did you let it perform a RTH update before flying off?  It doesn't look like it. One day you'll be wondering why your drone went haywire.  Why, because of impatience to get airborne, and bad habits. A newbie could watch your video doing this, then think it's ok, when its not.  Again the end footage IS great, but your launch habbits are not so great.
