Hi. I was trying to fly my Mavic Mini near my house and after updating the DJI Fly Safe database a couple of days ago I now have to get an unlock code to be able to fly ( I am in a blue Authorization Zone). My problem is the phone number associated with my DJI account is a regular land line phone and to get the unlock code I need to change the phone associated with my account to a cellular phone that is able to receive text messages (DJI text messages the unlock code). Anybody know how to change the DJI account phone number? Thanks for any help and stay safe.

Have you tried to do it through dji.com and sign into your account there.

Hi. Yes I did. I didn't see any way to change the phone number there. I just sent an e-mail message concerning this to DJI support but I initially asked through this forum since I thought I might get a quicker answer here. Thanks for your help.

Log in to DJI Flysafe/Background Certification/Modify(scroll down) there change phone number.

Just got off with Customer Service and they said phone numbers can be updated by visiting:  https://fly-safe.dji.com/unlock/unlock-request/background-information. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one.

what they need phone number for?

You have to create an order and then click to edit the address and you can change the phone number there. Save it and then just delete the order. I just contacted Support Live Chat and lady said that is easiest way
