Hello,

I have been trying to remove the film inside the camera glass for two hours without success...

I don't understand what it was pasted with that can't be removed.


I can't believe that I have to send a drone to DJI service for a film that cannot be removed.  please help me.

there is no film to remove inside. i guess you are trying to remove the lens coat and broke your camera. i ve never removed anything inside and the camera works fine

Yes , there is no protective film on the lens, i hope these are no scratches on the lens. Maybe try to clean it with a soft cloth or cotton bud

My mistake..it looked like a protective film.  now I have to send the drone to DJI center to change the glass ... I feel so stupid guys.  how much do you think it will cost me to change a glass?

even there is no scratches on lens you did scratch the lens coat which is an important element of your camera. iThis is a feature to avoid unwanted reflection. i don t know how much will repair costs but you might looking for a new camera and replace it yourself. Maybe it is cheaper than send it to dji service.

There is a way to pay only the lens or I need to change camera? The quoted price on DJI is $116 but online the camera cost is $700. Hope no need to change camera...

I have 2 screenshots, can you help me with the price.. what's the price I'll need to pay ?

Hi cosminbanaurs, sorry for the trouble with the lens, we are not sure about the repair cost without evaluating the camera, it is recommended to send in first and then we will send you a quotation after the diagnosis, you decide whether repair or not.

Sometimes it is not what it looks like.....
Hard lesson learned....
