I am a newbie at drones, I have a Samsung S8 phone on my controller. When I fly my Mavic Air it stores the photos automatically in my phone under a folder in the gallery called Cache. I took 30 images today. However only 11 are good and the rest show up as a thumbnail size and pixilated. When I go into the DJI app editor the same 11 good photos show up but not the other 19. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong? I do not understand why out of all the photos i took only 11 were good. All were taken within 15min of each other in the same conditions.

Hey, I have an Mavic air too. I usually click the 'playback' button in APP to find and download all my photos. Besides, you can also connect your drone and computer to export your photographs

I added a pic of a good photo and a pic of the bad or weird formated one

Yup i did that to. But only the 11 good photos were there and but the 11 good plus 19 weird ones are auto stored on my phones gallery
