Hello,
I've just charged my new battery , and after charging no more leds were ON. The lights are completly blank.
When I took the battery out of the box, just 2 leds were ON, then after charging, nothing anymore.... Any Idea ?

Return the battery.  You would be better off doing that and not risk a failure in case it started working.
