Mavic Air 2 is looking more and more exciting, especially with Active Track 3.  Hope they do a software update to M2P for this one too.

Until we start seeing the RAW footage and video quality I'd say for just the zoom ability and low light for the pro.

I have the Mavic 2 pro,  and I would wait to see the Mavic Pro 3 before I think about replacing it.

Now we know.

Disappointed really,  No AirSense, 12mp camera with bayer filter for some of the shot types and not EU classification.

I'm not sure yet.
I think I will wait for the third iteration of the MP and see how that will be.
There is a couple of things I miss.
2nd dial on the controller (I use that a lot, not sure how you change the exposure with the new controller)
CE C1 marking (might be added in the future)
Good picture profile settings (sharpness etc., might also be added in the future)
I don't really care about the resolution. 12MP is enough for me.
Usually more MP is just more data, not more details because the glass is too cheap to resolve more.

You can't retrospectively classify a drone under the EU rules. so they would need to release a new model
# to be able to wear the label.    I also use the dial a lot.

I thought so too, but a DJI representative told it was possible.

That was my belief too until I spoke to the guy from Dronewatch.
But DJI could not make any promises, so we will have to wait and see.
From what I have read now the M2A is not my weapon of choice anyways.
