Good day! I have two OSMO ACTION's and in February we did some shoots in the pool with the OSMO ACTION. The unit still works, but the display on the back no longer comes on. This didnt happen until after getting in the pool. The front screen comes on and i've done a firmware upate, but nothing the back screen has failed. any recommendations of a possilbe hard reset or just issue a support ticket?

Not sure if that is related (pool visit and your issue).

No dampness.

I doubt the visit to the pond has anything to do with that if you don't see any water damage.
