I opened a case and I am still waiting to receive my Shipping labels so I can return my drone to you.  I am constantly checking my email and junk folders.  I sent in a chat and you told me to wait 24-48 hours.  It has been 96 hours and I have heard nothing.  Please help.  My case number is CAS-4215048-F8N3G7   Thank you

We are sincerely sorry to know you still haven't received the shipping label, your case will be escalated to the appropriate department for priority, please note the email from UPS later about the shipping label if your address is qualified for it. We will also keep an eye on it.
