I went to update my Osmo Action via the app on the smartphone and in the middle of the update the phone crashed and turned off, causing the installation to stop in the middle. After that, osmo does not work correctly, every time I turn on it, he show a black screen with the following message: "unauthorized device with no serial number" and restarts on its own, doing this in an eternal loop. I believe I have had a problem with the firmware, but I can't access menu to do make anything, I have also tried to update the firmware via the SD card but it does not recognize it. Any tips on what I can do, maybe a hard reset?
