One of my spark batteries has 4 solid lights that will not go away. I have found no information on this issue. Has anyone come across this issue?

Battery was last used yesterday, and this started right after I powered down.

When I try to charge the fan on the drone turns on, but the lights do not do anything.

Also when I use my ACGeek multipke battery charger the fan comes on, and i get flashing red light on charger, which usually indicated charging, but the lights on the battery still stay solid.

Hi bpb0972, sorry to read your experience with the battery, it seems defective. If the battery is still under warranty period, it is recommended to put it away from people and wait for it to be powered off, then send back to DJI repair center for the diagnosis.
