Last time shotout to Rakuten and then order from Drone Nerds... seriously NO affiliation with these sites with me whatsoever... I ordered from the DJI website on release day and was hanging in PROCESSING since then and pending payment disappeared eventually from my card statement. So I pulled the plug this weekend and ordered from the above combo, saved me another 34$ and also tax free and SHIPPED today!!

Anyways guys enjoy your drones when they come in and SAFE flying!

This is a good question...Anyone have info on this?

My experience is, anything ordered from the US and shipped via courier will have an unhappy delivery. Courier will want taxes, duties and brokerage paid before parcel will be handed over. This will be substantial on a shipment over 1k.

Hey, first time buyer from the DJI Store,  ordered 5/5 payment approved 5/6, im not expecting to see it ship untill the 13th due to the 7-10 day processing but after seeing that people who ordered a week before me still haven't had theirs shipped im wondering if I'll have to wait another week on top of the 7-10 day period, or if this is just due to DJI shipping to retailers earlier or something, any ideas?

It’s 7-10 working days, doesn’t include weekends.

I was just advised mine is scheduled to arrive (direct from DJI) on Thursday via FedEx! And it's the fly More Combo.

Right. I got Refresh as well. It doesn't ship. It's office only. No worries there.

Still nothing for me. I’m DJI select member. So much about priority shipping for select members.

Don't really understand why we constantly receive them last, not a big deal just thought DJI would of shipped it by now

A CSR told me they are holding Canadian Orders until the 15th for "Warehouse Shipment Preparing Issue". They Said the expected ship date is May 15th.

I ordered from B&H last night as well for the Combo package. Same thing. May 11th. Same times as Amazon but Amazon wanted to charge tax and BH does not.

I got notice this morning from BH photo that my Air 2 Combo has shipped and will arrive to St. Louis on Wednesday. I will be here to sign for it. Can't wait

I order since May 1 and nothing. The funny thing is they already took the money. What is the point of pre-ordering if they don't ship it on the date. I should have order it in Apple or Best Buy because some people already got it.

When you hit refund from DJI directly, how long did it take to refund your money back into your account?

Why did you ask for a refund if you still got to wait for the item since Amazon is May 22 and best buy is around May 25. You will still need to wait.
I think DJI refund is 5-10 day business day

Yet no word from DJI on shipping, was at Best Buy picking up something else today, saw the car in front of me load a DJI Mavic Air 2 in their car.

WTF do I go to the manufacture and preorder if I get no benefit of pre-order?

I strongly agree with you and will def use this as a learning experience....

So I ordered the fly more combo from DJI directly on 4/30. Payment confirmed the following day and said processing order ever since. Downloaded the dji today 5/11 and the status saod awaiting shipment. Then just checked it a few hrs later (right now) and it says partially shipped. Whatever the hell partially shipped means I have no clue but that's where I'm at. However website still says processing order.... Really hoping I get it this week that's all I really care about.... Located in PA.... Anyone else have any insight plz share

Ordered fly more combo via dji store on 4/27 @ 941pm 11 minutes after rollout.  FedEx tracking says it'll be here (Michigan USA) on Thursday 5/14 in morning. We'll see.  

Just spoke with DJI. I order my product on May 1 ....
This is what they say
"Thank you for waiting. As per checking here the estimated ship out of your package is on May 15, 2020. Please allow 3-5 business days for the delivery, just to set proper expectation holidays and weekends are not included on the business days."

and I ask what is the reason for the pre-order if we dont get the item shipped on the same day.
I got this
"No worries, due to customs declaration, customs clearance and other process. It will take few business days to accomplished all the necessary things that needs to be done. That is why we have an estimated shipping and delivery time frame with every product."
That why you cant ship days earlier for it to be here a little early.
But Bestbuy and Other Company cleared Customs.. But not customer

Hi The partially shipped is referring to the Care refresh. Did you order that?  I'm in the same boat partially shipped. This happened to me before with aMavic 2 Pro order from them. Relax they are in a different time zone and work differently than us.  I hope mine arrives this week too. I'm in Ca. and anxious too.

I ordered directly from DJI on the 28th and I just got the shipping confirmation email 15 minutes ago! UPS shows shipping label created and does not show an arrival date yet. I hope it arrives before this weekend!

Mine said Wednesday initially, but then it missed the airplane or something and is now delivering on Thursday. Also in Michigan, SE.

“Partially shipped“ refers to the aircraft. DJI care refresh actually “ships“ second, but there’s really nothing to ship. It’s considered “shipped” when they tie it to your aircraft and controller serial numbers. Check your “partially shipped” emails. You’ll see that the aircraft is shipped. Shortly thereafter, you will get your DJI care refresh contact via email.
