Yeah something strange, all these are normally shipped to Europe East Midlands on one plane, so would stand to reason if urbanweb got email that many more would get it. Website still saying lift facility Shenzhen.

a guy from mavicpilots sent a post yesterday that his drone is in East Midlands already. i thought mine should be in the same lot. quite strange.

I just had a conversation with support. They told me it will be shipped on the 21st of May, I ordered on the 4th of May. It's crazy, there is no other option to get it right now in Germany. All stores, online shops etc. have a shipping date even later then what DJI just told me....

Ordered 4/28 at 10pm cst, fly more combo, usa mn, from dji store. Recieved track number. Tracking number is not working yet, but i have one

Maybe it wasn't a bulk shipment for all of Europe, but hope they were all on the same plane and you get yours soon. Would have thought your tracking would have at least said "Processed at East Midlands - UK" by now if it was on the plane that mine arrived on. Difficult to know what the norm is for Dji.

I think he means we are all on the same plane. This is now the norm for dji . All packages will arrive at East Midlands with Dhl they will then be distributed throughout Europe from there. It’s the way they shipped all new release to Europe, once or twice Plane landed in Germany, but the main European hub for Dhl Europe is at East Midlands Airport.
Expect to see next tracking information East Midlands and within a day they will usually delivered. I’m expecting Thursday with luck Wednesday.

I have an estimated delivery of today till 10pm. But no refresh on my shipping since Friday evening ☹️ I doubt they will make it...

one plane left china at 20:51 on friday (see post above) and drones have been delivered in UK today.
our plane has left china 17:27 on friday and still have no news about it.

A dealer in Florida says he has units in stock!  It's tempting to cancel my order with DJI but I know what a hassle that can be.

I know right. It's supposed to rain this weekend but atleast it will be in 70s. Hopefully we get some clear skies in between to test out our new toys

I ordered directly from DJI on May 1st, shipping to Massachusetts. My order details on the site has been stuck at "processing" since May 1st while the mobile app says "awaiting shipment". Anyone else in this position?

I ordered the mini and the air 2 on 5/3. The mini says it is International ship release import since the 7th. It has been there since the 7th I was supposed to have a guaranteed delivery day on the 8th.. Now im wondering if ordering direct was the right thing to do.. But i wanted the care insurance.. The Air 2 still says processing

I shouldn't have canceled.. Now I have to wait for my bank to refund my money 2 days... then reorder it.. from B&H

Thats strange, I got notification yesterday that mine had shipped and left Shenzhen, Tracking showed it arrived and held in Hong Kong. Then left Hong Kong about an hour ago. Should arrive by the end of the week here.

Ordered fly more combo via dji store on 4/27 @ 941pm 11 minutes after rollout.  FedEx tracking says it'll be here (Michigan USA) on Thursday 5/14 in morning. We'll see.

Nearly identical. I ordered mine 1 minute earlier. I'm in SE Michigan, as of right now it is "In Transit" from Lantau Island, Hong Kong, dated 9:50pm 5/12 (local time HK).

I just got an email from Fedex that mine is in their possession and is expected to be delivered this Friday. That's not much time since it shows as still in Shenzhen.

In USA. Ordered from DJI directly on May 1st.

Talked to customer service on this past Sunday (May 10th) and they said my order will ship on May 15th.

This morning (May 12th) I have a “shipped” status in the DJI store app, but a “Processing” status on the DJI store web page.

So confusing. Hopefully the app is more accurate and it’s on its way!

Read the previous posts, you will understand what's going on.... Anyways had a shipping confirmation from fedex, said it would be delivered Thurs by noon but now all of sudden it's saying Friday with an error msg!? As long as it's it's this week I'll manage

Well tracking shows it’s left Shenzhen on Saturday so unless it’s circling East Midlands Airport for the last two days, I’m sure it’s at Dhl headquarters in UK waiting to get processed I still am hopeful it will arrive on Thursday . I was in contact with DHL they gave little information except to say that package has to be delivered within 7 days which is Thursday .

Is the 7 days delivery something specific for your region from DHL?
