Ordered on the 19th midday

Just got off with customer support this morning...after being told yesterday it was ready and waiting to be picked up by the courier, they told me that they are now out of stock and cannot provide me with any more info. I am extremely dissapointed with my experience with DJI all around

Listen if it’s out of stock that’s fine - just let us know. “Processing” doesn’t mean much.

It’s pretty disappointing on DJI part and yet their website still states shipped within 3-5 days after payment confirmation. Just need them to be more transparent so if it’s backordered then we should know it’s backordered.

One of my buddies placed an ordered 3 days ago from a reseller here in the US and he will be getting his today. The path that I should have taken instead of ordering it from the discombobulated DJI.

I bought mine online from Best Buy may 22nd and received it today. Im from Quebec Canada

Ordered mine on May 23, surprisingly they shipped it yesterday.

Though I made another order on April, 28 and it still was not shipped on May 23, and as the support was promising that it will take another 2-5 business days, I’ve upgraded myself to fly more, which they were promising to ship in 3-5 business days.

Apple has stock and ships fast, including replacements if your Mavic Air 2 is a dud. Took only 2 days to get the first one, and 1 day for the replacement.

I ordered mine on the 28th. CSR said it would be shipped today. But my order status still hasn’t changed. Just says processing. Same thing it said the day I ordered it. Payment already went through.

I ordered the Fly more combo from  Amazon on 6/3/20 and getting it today 6/5/20 by UPS

I’m probably going to to cancel mine through the DJI store and order it through somewhere else.

Hi, I ordered my FMC 28.05 via DJI store (to Poland). It was shipped 03.06. Today (05.06) I have received my parcel.

I just ordered on June 5 through Best Buy and will receive it June 9.  I also got 10% off as I'm in the window of my birthday month.  That's almost $100 savings!!!

I just received an email from DJI that my order shipment is delayed. It still says processing on their site. I ordered a Air 2 FMC on May 30. I might cancel and order from somewhere else. They did not say when I can now expect it to ship. When I inquired with Customer Service a couple days ago I was told it would ship 3-5 days after order date. Clearly not the case.

Ordered mine from DJI on 5/28. Received an email also saying my order will be delayed.

I cancelled my order and will order from someone else once DJI returns my funds.

Not a happy camper.

My delivery has been delayed by UPS since last Thursday due to the UNREST in my city (US) lol.  Its out for delivery today. Hope I will get it !

After being told on Saturday that my shipment was delayed, I received an email this morning (Monday) saying it shipped. The tracking number still isn't in FedEx's system yet, though. Fingers crossed it actually moves.

At last, I just collected it from an Amazon Hub locker.

My FedEx tracking just updated and says it's at the origin facility in China.  Says it will be to me on East Coast of USA on Thursday. We'll see.

Mine was in Hong Kong yesterday and is out for delivery here on the East Coast today (a day earlier than it originally said). I'm amazed. Basically overnight from China.

I ordered my mavic air 2 Combo on June 9th. From the 9th til today it says "To Be Shipped", and it takes 1 - 3 business days after payment confirmed to be shipped, which it already was confirmed on the 9th. Have no clue when its going to ship, but will keep you guys updated.

I've placed the order for mavic air 2 combo 5 working days ago and still hasn't been shipped yet, very disappointed and customer support don't have a clue

Don't buy from DJI directly try  a local distributor instead otherwise you will face great delays and huge frustration.

UPDATE!

Its been shipped today, says it will be delivered by Wednesday June 17th.
It would be smart of them to ship out products from different stores/facilities they have around the world.

Amazon has the MA2 in stock and next day delivery for Prime customers.

I am in the same boat as I ordered mine on June 9th.  Sadly just received the email from DJI tonight that shipment is delayed......
Now I am thinking to get if from Apple as it will be delivered by June 17th.

Wow i didn't recieve any delay emails, sorry bud.
Mine just landed in my state(California). Its 1 hour away from my city and its still scheduled to be delivered the 17th but im assuming it may come early because its not too far from me.

Mavic air 2 Combo i ordered June 9th that was set for delivery june 17th, has now set for delivery today. 2 days early im excited!

ordered June 7th. Still "to be shipped"

They emailed me yesterday saying fedex will pickup within the next 24-48 hours. But don’t believe them until I get a tracking number.

Ordered June 13th with an initial delivery date of June 17.  Don't receive any shipping information till the 17th, with a revised delivery date of June 22.

Picked up in DONGGUAN CN (China)
Arrive next day in GUANGZHOU CN (China) hangs out here for 2 days then
Arrive in SENNAN-SHI JP (Japan)
Next Day Arrives in ANCHORAGE, AK
Later that day arrives back to SENNAN-SHI JP (Japan)
2 hours later arrives back to ANCHORAGE, AK
Now shows its in transit SENNAN-SHI JP
Supposedly still says it will arrive in Texas to my address by 10:30 AM tomorrow

I think someone is driving my drone here from China, or a drone is droning my drone to Texas

so support will just tell you it's being shipped that day. or the next day. was told 6/18 it was being shipped 6/19.
6/20 it was actually shipped. supposed to arrive 6/22, now 6/24. ordered 6/7.

I ordered the Mavic Air 2 Combo Fly More + PGYTECH drone landing pad advanced version on 06/06/2020.

Today (24/06/2020), I still have not received the products.

DHL said that there are missing documents from DJI...

I ordered yesterday, before I actually did some research and saw this thread. Is it realistic to expect it in Europe in less than 2 weeks from order to delivery?

Customer service told me today it was scheduled to ship before the end of the day. They will probably tell me the same thing tomorrow.

I ordered mine the 14th of June Delivery has slipped 3 times already 23,24,25th June Still in China but moving...lol ordered from DJI store.  I won't do it again. I'll order from Amazon. At 12 days as of 25th June.
