Ordered mine yesterday at 4am, after talking to customer support I was told it won’t ship till the 20th of may with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days.

Who did you order from?

Maybe it’s because I’m in my 40’s, but I just don’t get all this stressing about the delivery date.  Is it only me?  I’m excited for when it’ll arrive, but it really doesn’t matter what day it is!

I ordered, it said 12-15 working days.  I’ll admit, after getting caught up with the excitement, I contacted support, and they said I should get the delivery on 15th.  Is it really worth cancelling with th supplier because of a few days?  

Ah well, us tech people are a strange breed!!

Amazon has them fro pre-order says ships out on the 11th of May
then two day deliver?? and DJI headquarters wont ship until the END of May...they never had this ready to go
they jumped the gun pised of here!!

Thats false. Its being released on the 19 of May on Amazon.

Also my first “real” drone. I am driving my wife nuts with anticipation.

Taking my 107 tomorrow.

Ordered on April 29. Amazon initially said delivery on May 13.

Earlier today, received a notification that it would now arrive on June 1. About an hour ago, received a further notification stating Delivery updated to May 21.

I can wait. There are far worse things that could happen, especially now.

That's just my perspective. I have my job. I have my health. I have food in my table. There are far worse things than having to wait a little longer when there are guys slogging it out at their (possible) detriment to get us stuff as quickly as they can.

Its a pretty big deal.  The same price I paid for my Air 1. Occusync did it for me. I will wait for however long it takes.  Ok, I cant wait..... LOL

@Psapple I ordered direct from DJI. Was hoping to spend some of this quarantine time getting some stellar footage, I only hope it ships sooner than the 20th. On a side note I did see that Best Buy was estimating a may 13th delivery at the time of my purchase, but as a first time drone pilot I was dissuaded by the lack of insurance available through them. (I’d sooner trust indefinite DJI care refresh over Best Buy geek squad)

From reading all the posts I'm very disappointed in DJI, but I guess bc of the Covid situation it's understandable. I cancelled my order from DJI, and ordered from BH. currently says it's gonna ship on the 11th, but I'm not trusting it. Does anyone know whether BH's gonna be on-time?

Wish I had the money to put down 1000 at bestbuy.  I ordered from DJI store on 4/29 and had authorization fall off then they charged me for it but still hasn't shipped.  If I had known this would have just ordered from Bestbuy.  Doesn't make sense how Bestbuy gets stock before DJI store.  

How do you cancel order doesn't give me option

Ordered on the 27th. Order says processing but the anticipation for this to arrive is crazy. From the looks of it, ordering drom DJI directly  wasnt the way to go

Ordered on the 28th from DJI, money taken on the 5th and received email this morning advising it has been shipped via DHL, it's shipped from China and I'm in UK

No offense to you bud. But I ordered it on the 27th from DJI and mine still says awaiting shipment. You would figure they would fulfill what orders they received first.

I tried to ask customer service if there was some way to pay for express shipping on my Mavic air 2 fly more combo, sadly no dice. As DJI is based in China I guess I’m lucky to have it arrive almost a month later considering our president’s stance on chinas handling of the Wuhan virus.

Yeah it’s a similar pattern, my guess is we won’t see any move until next Tuesday Wednesday and then we will see it arrived in East Midlands and will be distributed to customers from there, I’m thinking next Thursday.

It’s funny how yours says arriving by Monday for status, maybe a perk of paying for the shipping? I ordered on the 30th after rumors started coming out there’d be a delay with direct from DJI orders, and only had the option for free delivery by the 11th. I’d love to know when that changes to shipped, cause mine better at the same time or Best Buy will have a very angry phone call[Image]

Hey .. Yes, I paid $17 more to get it on Monday.    I’ll post when it ships.

Mine shipped this morning, on it's way with DHL, so hopefully here next week!

As with many others above, have confirmation my Fly More shipped from DJI and is with DHL.

Previous experience of DJI- DHL - UK has shown delivery to be pretty damn fast although it remains to be seen what impact the pandemic has on this.

Credit where its due, DJI has bettered its ETA this time.

Those saying Best Buy has shipped are lying sacks of garbage. It just says "Getting it ready"... lol big difference

Guess I don't get how stores outside of DJI get them sooner.  Lesson learned next time don't order from DJI direct.

I ordered on the 30th so that’s why mine has already shipped, expect you should see movement very soon(probably today)!

I ordered from DJI Store directly (I'm located in Germany). Mine got shipped May 8th morning, departing Shenzhen right now. So I can't complain... Ordered it on the 28th right away.

It has been the way for quite awhile, it’s wrong and you should be made aware of this pre order. For me I don’t have a choice as no stores near me, it’s dissapointing.

Ich habe direkt im DJI Store bestellt (ich bin in Deutschland). Meins wurde am 8. Mai morgens verschifft und verließ Shenzhen gerade. Also kann ich mich nicht beschweren ... Ich habe es am 28. sofort bestellt.

Auch am 28.04.20 bestellt. Bei mir passiert absolut nichts (in Bearbeitung ...)
